To the Editor:

I would like to thank you for running the advertisement for childprotectionreform.org . This country desperately needs reform of the laws governing social workers on child "protection" cases. Too many families are victims of their Nazi like tactics and too many families are destroyed by them as they have almost limitless power. My family was victimized by the CPS in Oregon,and we know a family here in Bakersfield that was victimized by the system here.  I would urge you to consider doing an article on the methods of child "protection" workers. You might be amazed that the laws that protect citizens in all other areas when accused do not apply if you are accused of child abuse or neglect. No trial is required to take the children, no probable cause or a preponderance of the evidence. Just a social workers' word. The system we have is truly frightening.
