Dear John:
Hello and greetings! Good news:RECENT DEPOSITIONS have revealed that intake workers supressed vital intake information from the prosecutor. To be specific the intake supervisor in the case involving our family stated that all collateral information given to children's services must be provided to the prosecutor without bias in any case. He further stated that is was not a function of child protective services personel to operate as prosecutors, instead he said they were to pass on all information to the prosecutors office. If they fail to do so, it is a CRIME. At any point when child protective services commit this crime they sacrifice their IMMUNITY. In this case the agency failed to investigate or even provide vital collateral information to the prosecutor before and months after charges were filed. They by law lose their immunity and "GOOD FAITH" from the first time they contacted me.
To refresh your memory, my children were in family counseling expressing concerns about abuse while visiting their mother. When my son turned up at the hospital with marks while on visitation (suprise suprise) I informed the worker that this counseling was taking place. I further stated there were caregivers who saw the children daily, and that they could verify as eye witnesses that no abuse was imposed on the children while in my home. These two vital pieces of COLLATERAL INFORMATION were omitted from the prosecutor, however they were mentioned in the daily ROA's (records of activities) child protective services is required to keep. Later, 5 months after the children were removed from my care this information was presented to the Magistrate. The Magistrate asked the prosecutor if he had seen the information. The prosecutor replied on the record that he had not seen any of that evidence.
When this happens, the CPS agency loses or begins acting in "ABSENCE OF GOOD FAITH". When they or any other civil authority does this they lose their "IMMUNITY". Whether this is a sin of ommission or commision, they become liable from that point forward. This is good advice for people who need help. Also a great reason for people who do choose to spank their children to have witnesses (collateral information) on hand should the need arise. Live openly. Have a "cloud of witnesses". Don't give in to fear or shame. That is what the enemy wants.
Sincerely,
xxxxx
